COUGARS!! GO COUGARS GO!!!

Kaytlin cheered for the NWR Cougars in Brandon. She was a character, if she didn't know the moves to the cheers, she just shook her bootie and kicked her leg in the air (over and over and over again). Thank goodness her coach, Dana, sent home a cheat sheet with all of the cheers and motions. I try to do the cheers with Kaytlin, makes me feel young! You can see in the pictures that Haley cheers behind her, and her friend Lilly Grace is to the right of her. Paw and Memaw were there, I think I saw Paw doing the motions to the cheers??? Rah Rah
Ava was talking about what everyone was going to be for Halloween, she will be will a mermaid pink power ranger? does that exist? Mandy took pictures of herself, and Hayes poured candy in his shoes!

P.S.
The mosquitos were eating us alive, came home with a pint less of blood and hopefully not west nile.
And we lost the game :(

Mamaw's Birthday Party

September 25th 2008

Today was Mamaw Dot's 78th Birthday! She has also been through her share of difficult times with Breast Cancer. It's all in the past and she is looked better than ever today cancer free! She was under the impression her kids were taking her to Tico's for a nice filet. Brian at the Clarion Ledger met Mamaw and her kids at her house to take her pictures. Meanwhile, everyone else is decorating and getting ready for a BIG Suprise!! After all of the pictures it was time to bring in the Birthday Girl. Lori drove her to the community center to "pick something up real quick". Mamaw spotted Mrs. Jo Anne's car and proptly wanted to know "What is Jo Anne doing here?" She shortly figured out that she was not going to see Tico tonight. She walked in to all of her friends and family (kids, grandkids, greatgrand....)

Jellystone Park Weekend

Friday, September 19th we left on a short drive to Pelehatchie to go to Jellystone park. We went with Brant, Amy, Abbey, Brandon and Addison Davis. Clint, Mandy, Haley, Hayes, and Ava Mooney. We had two cabins there and lots of fun! It did rain at first but we wouldn't let it ruin our weekend. We rented two golf carts to tote us all around. We went to the water park, fishing, and made smores!

Kaytlin sticks to blowing bubbles instead of going to the water park. It was a little chilly to get in the water anyways. It was high 70's, but it didn't stop the other kids from splashin away!
